We are a family run business set in the wide open rural Welsh countryside in Monmouthshire, South Wales, close to the historic market town of Abergavenny and within easy striking distance of Hereford, Monmouth, Usk and Raglan. With nearby mountains such as the Sugar Loaf, Skirrid and Blorenge the area has alot to offer in the way of outdoor activities. The Hogs Head is situated along the well known ‘Offa’s Dyke’ route, near White Castle.

Our recently converted large barn area has played host to live bands including local act Elvis & the Mafia and old favourites such asThe Wurzels. In recent times the barn has  been transformed into a wedding venue that certainly has the ‘wow factor’. View slides
